Review

Part of the Loft group, this smallish venue in Shimokitazawa is always booked with up-and-coming or even established local bands that might usually play bigger venues. Overseas acts also perform here on occasion. Shelter has been around for more than a decade and is exceedingly popular, so it’s best to arrive early.
