Cafe Normale

Homewares shop Noce expanded into the café business in 2013 with this hip Shimokitazawa location, and the venture has proven very successful. Most customers are drawn in by the excellent paninis, which come in 20 different varieties and are some of the best we've tasted in Tokyo (admittedly not a massive sample size). Normale turns into a bar at night, serving snacks, wine, beer and cocktails on top of the above-mentioned sandwiches. The interior is decorated with their own furniture, so if you like what you see, there's always the option of heading over to the nearby Noce store for some home improvement shopping.
