Review

Odakyu is split into two buildings connected by an elevated walkway and underground passageways. The main building has women’s clothing on the first five floors, kimonos on the sixth, and furniture on the eighth, while the annex offers menswear, sportswear, four floors of the electronics retailer Bic Camera, and a Troisgros delicatessen in the basement food hall. The top three floors of the main building contain restaurants; the fifth holds the tax-exemption counter.
