Trust the Global Dining Group – also behind Tableaux and Stellato – to do things in style. Legato occupies the top floor of a tower at the top of Dogenzaka, and its food is as theatrical as the lavish decor. The menu mixes Asian and Western influences, in accordance with Tokyo’s current vogue, and features Vietnamese spring rolls and Chinese noodles alongside lamb chops and pizza. There’s also a bar/lounge open until 4am on Friday and Saturday nights.
