Open until late and with a range of fare including gratin, pasta, hamburgers, and sautéed meat and fish on offer, Borracho makes for a great place to go to have a decent evening meal. The restaurant is operated by a family of three: a husband who takes care of the cooking, a daughter who deals with the customers and a wife who lends a helping hand wherever it’s needed. As well as handling the majority of the cooking, the husband also keeps an eye on the tables from the kitchen in order to time the transition of the courses perfectly. The spare ribs here are our recommendation; however they take a little time to prepare so you might like to order a salad while you wait.
