This Osaka import has been doing brisk business in fluffy pancakes and kakigori since landing in Tokyo back in 2013. Yukinoshita's Hiroo branch is its fourth in the capital and continues the chain's tradition of using only the finest dairy, eggs, green tea and coffee, both for their delectable pancakes and the interesting shaved ice. Unlike standard varieties, the kakigori here is frozen with ingredients and all – an innovative method that works surprisingly well.
