Simplicity combined with a 'rock attitude' is the key at the latest Tower Records-run eatery to open in Tokyo – the last city in the world to still host a physical Tower store. Maintaining the California-inspired style familiar from Ebisu's Tower Dining, this Omotesando location is supposed to evoke a renovated West Coast factory. The grub ranges from omelettes to pasta and light lunches.
