Although not technically a place for looking at cars, German powerhouse Porsche's new outpost builds on this trend and treats fans of the brand to an enviably immersive experience: a full-on theme bistro, The Momentum serves everything from light lunches to seasonal prix fixe dinners, while the coffee selection is designed by Mi Cafeto's Jose Kawashima and the cocktail list includes choices like 'Macan Turbo', an energy drink-based concoction named after Porsche's new SUV.
