Sommelier Madoka Ogiya has stepped into Roppongi's highly competitive mid-range dining scene with Le Coeur, a casual French-style restaurant promising to serve mainly 'champagne and champagne-compatible cuisine'. Details were sparse at the time of the December 2014 launch, but the promotional material suggests that both ingredients and wines here will be of the natural variety.
