The Kitsuné brand has fingers in several pies – fashion, music, coffee and more. Their own restaurant has also been operating for more than 13 years now, so a little shake-up seems to have been in order: Shibuya's Dining & Bar Kitsune re-opened after renovations in late October, offering French-Japanese fusion sushi and a wide variety of quality sake. Creations like the 'sushine' (a combo of sushi and terrine, of course) already have us salivating.
