Review

Inago (grasshopper) used to appear more frequently in the Japanese diet than it does now, but it’s still available – we found 100g of the critters for about ¥500 at Yasuiya. Specialising in tsukudani (food simmered in soy sauce and mirin), the restaurant also offers other seafood options. Having been in the business for more than 80 years, it goes without saying that great taste is guaranteed.
