Review

Tokyo's already got cat cafés, owl cafés and penguin bars, but is this the first parrot café? Kotori is home to parakeets, cockatoos, sparrows and other small-to-medium-sized birds that do their thing while customers drink coffee and enjoy pastries and cakes right next to them. The associated shop sells bird-themed paraphernalia for serious fans.
