The menu at this specialty shop is extremely simple: two choices of buttermilk pancakes, and that's it. You won't find any additives, artificial flavours, or other chemicals here, as the folks at Apoc rely exclusively on simple and clean ingredients. The 'cakes may be a bit on the plain side, but they won't leave you feeling guilty afterwards either.
