Opened in late 2013, this Okinawa-born shop specialises in salt – yep, just salt, dozens of kinds of salt. All of their varieties can be tasted before buying, and if you still can't decide, let the 'salt sommelier' (there's one for everything nowadays) make an informed recommendation. Finishing off your visit with a salt-based soft serve (actually far less salty than it sounds) is the way to go.
