すりたての香り高い青山椒をかけて食べる『貴州塩漬けレモンと茸の土鍋煮込み』

Review

Explore some of the more obscure corners of Chinese cuisine at this sister shop to Shibuya's Gessekai, which opened in Azabu-Juban in the summer of 2012. Napoleon Fish specialise in food from Guizhou and Yunnan, two provinces that are sorely underrepresented on the Tokyo dining scene – and yes, they also serve the eponymous Napoleon fish.
