Review

Channelling coastal Maine in New York since 2009, Luke Holden and his father have built up quite a following with their impeccable lobster rolls. Whole juicy claw meat is nestled inside a toasted, buttered bun, making for a creamy but light experience. They also sell crab and shrimp versions, and recently opened this first Japan branch just off Omotesando.
