北極ラーメン

Review

This noodle shop is hugely popular, due mainly to its great tan noodles. You’ll be welcomed with a smile by its energetic staff. The soup, with its generous sprinkling of chilli powder, is extremely tasty and spicy. The owner, Makoto Shirane, was always big fan of the shop, and started a cookery apprenticeship under Nakamoto before buying it himself. He ensures that the noodles are always prepared freshly and used up within the same day.
