Always one of Tokyo’s top French restaurants, Les Saisons – the Imperial Hotel’s flagship restaurant – hit a peak with the arrival of brilliant young chef Thierry Voisin (formerly of Les Creyeres in Reims). The dining room is ample and luxurious, the service supremely professional, the wine cellar extensive, and Voisin’s haute cuisine outstanding (especially his autumn gibiers). It all adds up to classic heavyweight dining.
