Since opening his first modern Mexican restaurant in New York in 1997, Richard Sandoval has expanded his now-international empire of eateries to places like Hong Kong, Dubai and Qatar while maintaining more than 25 locations in the US. His original creations put a fresh spin on traditional Latin cooking, mixing influences from all over the continent while still keeping it simple with juicy steaks and flavourful rice-based dishes. Sandoval's first Japan venture arrived in Ginza in early December 2014.
