The third Tokyo branch of this international artisan bakery chain offers the familiar crusty, organic breads and communal tables, while also enjoying the most convenient location – just off the main crossing in central Omotesando. Le Pain Quotidien opens at 7.30am, making it ideal for a quick breakfast, while later in the day you can choose from a range of open sandwiches and specials including a vegetarian Mediterranean platter of hummus, tabbouleh, tahini and roasted aubergine. The assorted breads, baguettes and pastries are also available for takeaway.
