Following in the footsteps of its predecessor Harajuku branch, which closed in 2005, this is a brasserie oozing Parisian spirit. Take a seat on the heavenly extensive open terrace facing Shimizutani Park, where the beautiful double-flowered cherry trees in front of the restaurant attract a huge number of people in the spring. The best bet is the massive steak frites: wash it down with a chilled beer.
