After years of doing steady but unspectacular business on a Mejiro side street, these 'raw sweets' specialists packed up and moved to a stylish basement location right by the Akasaka-Mitsuke crossing in spring 2015. The basic concept remains the same, however: all ingredients are either completely raw or prepared at temperatures under 48 degrees, and artificial additives, chemicals, dairy, sugar and flour are all off the table. Instead, you'll be treated to deliciously healthy cakes, pastries and puddings, plus a menu of light savoury treats prepared with organic veg. Great for dieters, allergics and athletes craving a sweet fix.
