Review

This fine chocolate salon is run by Pierre Marcollini, certified chocolatier, pâtissier, glacier and confiseur. In his home country of Belgium, Marcolini owns eight of these shops. The chocolate-coloured interior and exterior of Ginza branch puts you in the mood to try one! On the ground floor, the chocolates are exquisitely displayed in display cases like pieces of jewellery, and in the first and second floor’s cafe you can try the chocolate dessert menu. Champagnes and wines, which are a perfect match for the puddings, are also on offer. Next door is Marcollini’s ice cream shop.
