Review

On one corner of the innermost part of the outer Tsukiji market lies Kurikara Bo – Le Man, a restaurant that specialises in blue eel dishes. Sample broiled eel or eel over rice, or go for their most well-known dish – the eel kurikara. This dish is made up of pieces of eel, broken down, skewered and grilled, and the crunchy skin and soft meat makes for an exciting mix of textures.
