One of the most fitting snacks to fuel a day out in Tsukiji is, of course, sushi, and this store in the outer market has a standing-only space for you to gorge yourself on fish and rice. If you want to wander with your snack, though, pick up a tasty temaki at the shop entrance – we recommend the tuna carpaccio with tangy ponzu gelée.
