Harbs cake shops specialise in handmade, freshly baked cakes. All of these are made from carefully selected ingredients, as are their other excellent sweets (we can't get enough of their pies, mousse cakes, and tiramisu). But Harbs also offers a selection of sandwiches, and their omelette offering, in particular, shines. It’s a generously sized sandwich, with a fat omelette sandwiched between two thick slices of toast. The omelette is filled with spinach, pancetta and tomatoes, and the sandwich is accompanied by a simple but delicious tasting coleslaw. Great stuff.
