Cult Italian producer/guitarist/DJ Nicola Conte remains a leading exponent of bossa-tinged acid jazz combined with film score cinematics and no shortage of heavy funk grooves. For this Valentine's-themed residency at Blue Note Tokyo, he and his regular band will be conjuring the music of love with some help from guest trumpeter Till Brönner, Germany's biggest selling jazz artist.
