Time Out says

You may recognise Atsushi Sakata – the generously tattooed musician better known as Tokyo Ghetto Shamisen – from his numerous street performances outside Shibuya Station. Find out what he sounds like in a more conventional setting (well, relatively speaking) when he heads to Roppongi's Hard Rock Café to stir up an impromptu matsuri on Sunday evening. Taiko player Ryojin and 'phantasmagoric' DJ Tonbo join him for the occasion, and it's free to get in.
