Following the departure of guitarist Tabata Mitsuru earlier this year, after over two decades of faithful service, KK Null's long-running noise rock act has been reduced to a duo now, with just drummer Tatsuya Yoshida (of Ruins fame) for company. It remains to be seen whether a two-man Zeni Geva can capture the kind of intensity that made them one of Steve Albini's favourite bands, though you can be sure that it won't be for want to trying. The group get warmed up for next month's European tour with a show at staple hardcore venue Earthdom, with solid support from hyperspeed hardcore vets Melt-Banana and a duo between noise-breakcore producer Maruosa and Wrench drummer Murochin.
