Time Out says

Though it lasted only a few years, the musical upheaval of the late-'70s and early-'80s post-punk era is still making its influence felt on today's guitar wranglers. Some latterday descendants of PiL, Gang of Four, Lilliput et al. will be gathering at this weekend music summit, which kicks off with a full afternoon and evening's worth of Kyushu bands on Saturday, before letting their Nagoya and Tokyo counterparts take over the following day. Some of the acts who performed at last year's face-frying Kyushu Pop Festival will be returning, including muscular post-rockers MacManaman, punky disco act Cynicalsmileisyourfavorite and trash-garage girl band Zibanchinka. On Sunday, meanwhile, propulsive Nagoya quintet 6eyes and frenzied punks Sika Sika will tussle with local acts including arch mentalists The Mornings and fashionable art rockers Plasticzooms. See below for complete lineup.
