Time Out says

Tokyo's foremost musical polyglot party returns this weekend, with a guest appearance from mestizo supremo Sergent Garcia. The globe-trotting Frenchman will be peddling his 'spiced ragga' alongside a selection of local genre manglers, including swing-klezmer-rockabillies Asakusa Jinta, electro-cumbia oddballs EKD and mambo big band Copa Salvo.
