Teruhisa Kitahara has made a name for himself as a collector of tin toys. In this exhibition 300 items by 35 contemporary artists from among Kitahara’s much loved items will be on display. The exhibiting artists include names such as Koji Ishizaka, Yuzo Kayama and Tadanori Yokoo. The subtitle of the event is ‘Odoroku, Akireru, Tanoshimeru! Mou hitotsu no Kitahara Korekushon’ which tells the story of the scope of the Kitahara Collection. Throughout the exhibition on Sunday October 24, Saturday October 30 and Thursday November 4 there will be talks and conversations by Kitahara.
