Time Out says

It's been a long time since Steven Patrick Morrissey last made it to these shores: the notoriously truculent singer was due to play at Fuji Rock Festival in 2004 but cancelled at the last minute, leading to the bizarre spectacle of a Smiths covers band, These Charming Men, playing the Green Stage in his absence. This April tour – which takes in dates in Sendai, Tokyo, Fukuoka, Hiroshima, Nagoya and Osaka – marks his first Japan shows in a decade.

Morrissey also plays at Club Citta on April 21
