Of all the bands to have been belched out of Japan's psychedelic underground, few rocked harder or proggier than Zeni Geva. Bassist/vocalist KK Null and guitarist Mitsuru Tabata were rejoined by original drummer Tatsuya Yoshida (of Ruins fame) in 2009, and they've seldom sounded better. If you think that paunchy middle-aged guys can't still get it up, come along and have your brain rearranged. Zeni Geva will be sharing a stage with Osaka's Kyozin Yueni Dekai, possibly the only stilt-wearing spazz-hardcore duo in the universe, and former Yura Yura Teikoku drummer Ichiro Shibata, who's facing off against noise merchant Masaya 'Hair Stylistics' Nakahara.
