Time Out says

Florist extraordinaire Nicolai Bergmann and his wife Amanda are the force behind this showcase of Danish cuisine, art and lifestyle, now returning for its fourth edition at the Bergmanns' Aoyama flagship. Visitors can look forward to an exhibition by the multi-talented Peter Martensen, who's not only an accomplished painter but also a sculptor, video artist and musician, and enjoy refined Nordic cuisine at the pop-up restaurant, helmed by former Noma chef Mads Magnusson.
