Time Out says
Wine connoisseurs will want to stop by Roppongi's Grand Hyatt this summer, as the hotel's French Kitchen offers a special 'Bistro & Vin' set (¥4,800) through the end of September. The resident chefs and sommelier Manuel Rodrigues have put their heads together and come up with a combo of appetiser, daily serving of fish and meat plus two glasses of vintage wine picked out by Rodrigues. Book through the hotel's website for a special discount and the option of free-flowing wine.
