Time Out says

Shima Jam started life last October as a music festival taking place at a number of locations in and around the Seto Inland Sea, which is home to over 3,000 islands. Warming up for the 2015 edition, the organisers now bring their show to Ueno Park's open-air stage, where family-friendly tunes from the likes of Aoi Teshima, Leyona, Taiji Sato and Bread & Butter will be complemented by food and sake from the Setouchi region. Children younger than 6 enter for free when accompanied by an adult.
