Time Out says

It's the time of the year again when Roppongi stays awake for a night-long celebration of art. This is the third year for community-minded Katsuhiko Hibino to take the chair as art director, promising a diverse array of art exhibitions, installations and performances. In parallel with Tokyo's announcement as the host city for the Olympics in 2020, this year's theme will be 'Move your body' which associates with the cognitive body of art. As usual, the area's art museums and galleries will stay open until dawn - visiting Mori Museum in the middle of the night is not only a thrilling experience, but this is also the only day of the year when you can watch the sunrise and enjoy a magical morning view of Tokyo from the observatory deck before heading home from a long night out.
