Los Angeles-based rockers BRMC are still going strong, as evidenced by their latest album 'Specter at the Feast', released last March. The band has been shaken by quite a few changes in recent years, most dramatically the death of longtime producer and sound technician Michael Been. Their new material certainly exhibits the solemn mood produced by that loss, but also holds the promise of a new beginning for the trio. This Liquidroom gig is a great chance to check out how the BRMC sound has evolved.
