Bars, Restaurants & Cafés

Review

When it opened back in 1876, at a prime perch right in the middle of Ueno Park, this was one of Tokyo's first Western-style restaurants. Seiyoken still specialises in French cuisine, but it's since expanded its remit to include wedding ceremonies and a rooftop beer garden, which is open throughout the summer.
