Joël Robuchon

Restaurants & Cafés

Review

A restaurant by Joël Robuchon, an incredibly influential French chef who, at the age of 36, opened Jamin – a restaurant located along Rue de Longchamp in the 16th arrondissement of Paris that went on to receive its first Michelin star just months after opening and then another two stars during the following two years, marking the quickest ascent to three-star status in Michelin history. In 1994, Joël Robuchon expanded into Tokyo, offering fine French cuisine within a building styled after an 18th-century French chateau, at this, his ‘Chateau Restaurant’, located on the second floor of Yebisu Garden Place.
