Review

A ramen shop at lunchtime and an izakaya at night, Fukami serves up local ramen from the eastern part of Tokushima Prefecture. The concentrated thick chicken broth is combined with bittersweet pork belly, green onions and bamboo shoots, while the ramen also comes with rice on the side – a common treat in the Tokushima area. Try washing it all down with some beer or shochu.
