Swapping your lunch noodles or rice for a salad is still hardly a well-understood concept in Tokyo, but green-munchers at least do seem to be getting their message across better these days. Helping out the veg-hungry in Ikebukuro is this new take-out joint offering over 40 kinds of toppings and a plentiful selection of condiments to go with either a lettuce- or spinach-based salad. They also deal in light wraps and freshly pressed juice, plus rice bowls for the carb crowd.
