Review

Choose from 10 flavours of rice flour-based bagels at this small but sturdy bagel shops that sources its flour from Shimane and Hokkaido, and its salt all the way from France. Their firm creations include wild combinations like 'orange peel and caramel' and 'ham, olives and anchovy garlic' – certainly a novelty, if nothing else.
