The USB necktie cooler

To the untrained eye it looks like a fairly tasteless necktie, but this essential piece of summer business attire has James Bond capabilities. Slide down the tie knot to reveal a hidden fan for keeping your neck cool. Best of all, the fan can be charged by hooking it up to your USB port. Time Out predicts it'll end up a tiresome novelty toy before the month is over.
