Opening inside Daikanyama's new Log Road shopping mall, San Francisco's much-hyped Tartine Bakery will be making its Japan debut sometime in spring 2015. In addition to croissants, cakes, cream pies, brownies and other Bay Area favourites, the café will be serving coffee from Blue Bottle, the Oakland-born 'Third Wave' pioneer that opened its first Tokyo location in February.
