Review

Ueno's new Sakura Terrace building is home to this sandwich shop, opened by Nishi-Nippori bakery Boulangerie Ianak and serving pretty, petite hot dog-style buns filled with ingredients like beef cutlets and potato salad. Sweet choices such as mikan orange and strawberry custard are also available. Everything's baked and cooked on the premises, and the bread selection includes a whole grain option (finally!). If you're going for a picnic in Ueno Park, this is the place to stock up at.
