Review

Those who like their desserts with a certain amount of refinement will enjoy this café and fruit parlour, located on the seventh floor of the Seibu department store in Ikebukuro. We have to recommend the 'mango rose bouquet parfait' (¥1,800), which lives up to its name with ample mango toppings laid out in the shape of flowers. If sugary creations aren't your thing, go for the above-average panini off the lunch menu.
