This tiny vegetarian eatery hidden in a quiet residential area between Nishi-Nippori and Tabata stations does Italian food in a very Japanese way. Using only seasonal vegetables, the chefs here go to great pains to bring out the original flavours of the ingredients. No meat, dairy, eggs, or additives are allowed, and fully vegetarian options are legion. The place turns into a food bar at night, lighting up the neighbourhood with its infectious attitude.
