Review

Located in a back alley of the business district in Nihonbashi, this tempura restaurant has been in business since 1976. It’s extremely popular and is often considered to be one the best three in the city. Most of the seats face the counter where the chef fries the tempura. You can enjoy authentic Edo-style tempura, along with seasonal ingredients such as leaf bud in spring, ginpo fish in summer and matsutake mushrooms in autumn. The delicious tempura makes the most of great ingredients, and is always perfectly crispy outside and soft inside.
